This department assists Native American children with teh establishment of paternity, a duty of support for both parents enforces child support orders and focuses on making a difference in a child's way of life.  Required application is available above.

• Child(ren) must be enrolled or eligible for enrollment in a federally recognized tribe

• CDIB for all children or custodial parent
• Copies of all court orders, divorce decrees or paternity affidavits
• Affidavit of all child support payments paid directly to custodial parent
• Copies of state-issued birth certificates for all children (hospital-issed birth certificates cannot be accepted)
• Copies of Social Security cards for all children and custodial parent, along with copy of non-custodial parent, if available
