The CNASA Scholarship Program provides students across the country an opportunity to participate in the academy.
Interested applicants must submit a scholarship application as well as the CNASA application which contains competitive criteria that the applicant is required to meet.
A selection committee will evaluate and rank each completed application to determine the scholarship recipients for the academy. Scholarships will pay for the recipient’s round-trip airfare or mileage, lodging and meals. Scholarships are limited.
Eligibility:
- Must be Chickasaw
- Must be in 5th - 12th grades
You Provide:
- Chickasaw citizenship card (Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) will NOT be accepted)
- Completed CNASA Scholarship application (including all release, consent and waiver forms)
- Completed CNASA application (regular camp application)
- Proof of applicant age (must be between 11 and 18)
- Letter of recommendation from school official
- Essay about why applicant wishes to attend CNASA
Deadline:
May 15th
All release, consent and waiver forms must be returned with the application or application will be considered incomplete.
