About:
During this week long program, trainees get hands-on training, as well as learn about the mental, emotional and physical demands astronauts must face. Fields of study include engineering, space technology and aerospace science. An applicant should find out within three weeks from the deadline date if he/she qualifies. Huntsville Space Camp will be offered in odd years and Space Center-Houston will be offered in the even years.

June 14-19

Deadline to apply is April 15 .

• Report card
• Essay summarizing why the student would like to attend space camp
