About:
The program provides child care assistance to Native American families who are working or going to school. Notification of acceptance or denial takes place within 10 days. Required application is available at the above address or can be mailed upon request.

The Chickasaw Nation offers a child care assistance program to assist families, so they may afford quality child care for their children.  This program is based on income and is available to tribal members as well as other Native American families throughout the service area.  This program allows parents to choose from a broad range of child care providers, including Tribal child care centers, family child care providers, center based child care centers and relatives.

You Provide:

  • CDIB
  • Immunization records
  • Income verification
  • Class schedule and/or work schedule
  • Social Security card for the child
  • Utility bills
  • Divorce decree (if applicable)

Eligibility:

  • Based on income, household size & specific needs
  • Applicant must be working or attending school
  • Must reside within the Chickasaw Nation
