Outstanding Achievement

This program recognizes outstanding achievement by Chickasaw students.

• Must have Chickasaw citizenship card
• Must be in 2nd - 12th grades
• Must provide school photo
• Submit application, biography and nomination for consideration

Applications are submitted monthly and awards are presented monthly for various aspects of outstanding achievement. Areas of outstanding achievement are listed on the application. Students who complete their IEP (Individual Education Plan) for the current school year are also eligible for outstanding achievement. A $25 Wal-Mart gift card and engraved plaque are awarded to students qualifying for outstanding achievement. Students are eligible for one award per school year.

Perfect Attendance

This program encourages school attendance.

• Must have Chickasaw citizenship card
• Must be in 2nd - 12th grades
• Must complete application each school year
• Must provide proof of perfect attendance each grade period

Students receiving perfect attendance each grade period will receive a $25 Wal-Mart gift card and certificate of recognition.
