This program provides one-time assistance for winter heating and one-time assistance for summer cooling.  Items covered may include, but are not limited to: gas, water, electricity or deposits.  Required application is available at any Area Office.

An Area Office was created in Oklahoma City specifically for Chickasaw Elders who live outside the Chickasaw Nation.  A CHR is available to assist elder applicants who live in the Oklahoma City area, if needed.   The following help is provided to:

• Obtain applications
• Complete applications
• Submit applications to the Area Office

All other Chickasaw elder citizens who live outside of the Chickasaw Nation boundaries need to contact the Services-At-Large (SAL) office in Oklahoma City. 

• Copy of Chickasaw Citizenship card
• Copy of Social Security card
• Address verification

• Must be Chickasaw
• 60 years of age or older
• Must live outside the boundaries of the Chickasaw Nation
